COURTROOM SKILLS COURSE

COURSE INTRODUCTION

This course is an annual in-person Court Room experience day being held at the Middle Temple, London - directions.

This one day course will include:

• Full day in mock court room in the Temple
  
• Optional cross-examination and full participation
  
• Duties of the Expert
  
• The roles of the various "players" (client, claims management company, claimant solicitor, insurer, defendant solicitor, barrister, judge, other witnesses)
  
• Questioning techniques
  
• Court room skills
  
• Rules for giving evidence
  
• Mistakes to avoid
  
  

The Courtroom Skills Course provides 6 hours of CPD.

This course will be of benefit to all experts who wish to update and enhance their Medico-Legal knowledge.

Lunch will also be included and provided in Middle Temple Hall - menu.
